SPOKANE – A Moses Lake man convicted in a 2020 drug bust was sentenced to just over 15 years of prison time in a federal courtroom in Spokane on Friday. Jeremy Gilbert pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine, stemming from incidents in the Grant County area in which the 35-year-old led police on a high speed chase in one, and was found passed out behind the wheel in another that resulted in Gilbert crashing into multiple patrol cars. Several other charges were dismissed as part of a plea deal.
