MOSES LAKE – Juan Gastelum, accused of raping and murdering Moses Lake resident Yanira Cedillos, has been transported back to Grant County to face charges. He had been held in a County Jail in Oregon on a fugitive hold since his arrest in March. Cedillos disappeared the night of March 4 after celebrating her 30th birthday, and police say Gastelum had given her a ride to her apartment where evidence shows she was killed. Her body wasn’t found until a couple weeks ago [May 12] in a remote area in Walla Walla County.
