Quincy teen wanted in fatal drive-by shooting turned himself in to police

QUINCY – The teen suspect wanted in a March 23 fatal drive-by shooting in Quincy turned himself in early Wednesday morning. According to Quincy police, Horacio Morales Perez, 18, had been on the run since the shooting of 18-year-old Juan Carlos Diaz Guerrero Jr., who Morales Perez is accused of shooting as he drove by the vehicle Guerrero Jr., was in, on C Street Southeast. Morales Perez has been booked into Grant County Jail on charges of second-degree murder.
