MOSES LAKE – Residents are gearing up for a two-day 90’s-themed music festival to be held at the Grant County’s fairgrounds this fall. The Grant County Fairgrounds announced Monday that the 90’s Flannel Fest at Moses Lake will be a multi-day concert and campout event for ages 21 and over. Tickets for 90s Flannel Fest at Moses Lake are available through the Grant County Fairgrounds website starting April 15.
