UPDATE — More information has been released about a traffic stop turned police chase Wednesday night, involving a stolen vehicle. According to a statement from Wenatchee Police Department officials, the pursuit began on the Senator George Sellar Bridge where police say the driver jumped out of the vehicle and disappeared under the bridge. A passenger was arrested. Authorities aren’t sure if the suspect escaped alive or died after falling into the water. The investigation is continuing, and iFIBER ONE News will have more details as they become available.
