MOSES LAKE – A man was hospitalized in an apparent accidental shooting Monday evening in Moses Lake.
Officers responded to the 300 block of South Division Street and found a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Moses Lake police. The victim was taken to Samaritan Hospital for treatment, of what were described in police reports as a non life threatening injury. Officers found evidence that a shot had been inadvertently fired from the backseat of the the victim’s vehicle by a friend.
