CHESAW – An elderly Okanogan County couple’s death has been ruled a homicide. Sheriff’s deputies say family had reported 80-year-old Dave Covey and his 66-year-old wife missing on Tuesday. During a search rescue teams found their bodies on the couple’s property Wednesday night. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about this murder case is urged to contact the sheriff’s office. An exact cause of death is pending an autopsy.
