OLYMPIA – State health officials are urging residents to be patient with a new site to order free at-home COVID-19 tests. The state Department of Health launched a new state portal on Friday and said not all of the tests have arrived and they anticipate supply and demand will exceed the current amount pretty quickly, but they wanted to make the test kits available ASAP instead of waiting. Those who don’t have access to the internet or need a translator will be able to order at-home testing kits through the state’s COVID-19 hotline (1-800-525-0127).
