Local pharmacist accused of ethical misconduct terminated

EAST WENATCHEE – A local pharmacist accused of ethical misconduct has been terminated, according to an email from Walgreens’ corporate office iFIBER ONE News received. iFIBER ONE News reached out to Walgreens after an investigative report involving a pharmacist who was employed at the East Wenatchee Walgreens, who reportedly issued fraudulent vaccination cards and would ‘squirt doses (vaccines) into the trash and sign peoples’ cards.’ Two first responders were reportedly referred to the back door service and iFIBER ONE News has submitted a public record request for more information about the EMT’s involved.
