ROSLYN – A man in his 80’s was rescued after he was buried by snow that fell from his roof in the northwestern portion of Kittitas County. The Roslyn area received several feet of snow between Thursday and Friday, and authorities say Roslyn firefighters had to dig the trapped man out, KOMO News in Seattle reported. The victim reportedly suffered orthopedic injuries. And, nearly 3 dozen people had to be evacuated from an apartment building in Roslyn, after it reportedly bowed under the heavy snow, as reported by the news station.
