RITZVILLE – A Washtucna [wash tuck na] family is grieving the loss of an 18-year-old killed in a two car crash near Ritzville last Thursday. iFIBER ONE News initially reported that Jeffery Zupan was hospitalized with serious injuries following the crash on SR 261 south of Ritzville, in which the teen was speeding when he collided with another vehicle. Zupan died from his injuries on Christmas Eve.
