OMAK – An Omak teen is continuing to recover after he was shot in the back at a party last month. According to his mom, the Nov. 20 shooting lefter her sone, 16-year-old Elias Clark, paralyzed from just below the neck down; he’s still able to use his arms. According to the GoFundMe established to benefit Elias, his mother, says her son is healing successfully and she expects him to return home just after Christmas.
MEANWHILE…
The shooter, 19-year-old Daemien Conway was arrested in connection to the incident. He was arraigned Tuesday on multiple charges. It is believed he was being reckless with the gun he was handling at the time of the shooting.
