CLE ELUM – The Kittitas County bridge collapsed, cutting off water and access to nearby neighborhoods. The McElroy Bridge came tumbling down under the weight of a large garbage truck Monday. The bridge provided direct access to the Elk Meadows neighborhood. No one was hurt in the bridge breach.
