Moses Lake man convicted in 2019 drug raid turn police shoot out sentenced

SPOKANE – A Moses Lake man convicted in a 2019 drug raid turn police shoot out and failed suicide attempt has learned his fate. Patrick Pearson was sentenced Monday to 35 years in federal prison stemming from the undercover bust on Road E.5 Northeast last summer near Moses Lake, in which Pearson opened fire on law enforcement injuring two ATF agents and a Moses Lake officer, before shooting himself in the head, according to court records.
