Monday morning commuters found thmeselves battling heavy winds and blowing snow making visibility difficult in parts of North Central Washington. The areas heaviest hit were Wenatchee, Moses Lake and Omak.
And, forecasters say it’s not over, with two storms, one on Wednesday through Thursday night, the other Friday night into New Year’s Day on Saturday bringing significant snowfall into lower elevation areas. Single digit low temperatures will also be in the forecast through Thursday morning in the region.
