LEAVENWORTH – A Christmas day parking pandemonium left police perplexed. Ten cars were parked illegally in the right-hand turn lane near Sherbourne Street, prompting a response from WSDOT who dispatched State Troopers to US 2 in Leavenworth. When the Trooper arrived motorists had moved their vehicles before the officer could have them towed.
