LEAVENWORTH – The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office got an early Christmas gift. One of its longtime supporters, who is now retired, donated his two snowmobiles and the trailer they’re stored in. The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office uses the snowmobiles to patrol and respond to incidents in tough, snow-covered terrain.
