Robbery suspect shot by 65 year old Moses Lake homeowner charged this week

MOSES LAKE – A robbery suspect who was shot by a homeowner in Moses Lake was charged this week with three felony counts. Eric Fuentes appeared in Grant County Superior Court in connection to a Sept. 12 crime spree that began when a Grant County Deputy spottetd the 28 year old in a stolen Nissan and a police pursuit ensued but he got away. Shortly after, a 65 year old woman called 911 to report she shot someone breaing into her home, and police found Fuentes with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Samaritan Hospital before being booked in the Grant County Jail.
