Rising costs have some upper-Columbia Basin businesses struggling

MOSES LAKE – Rising costs have some upper-Columbia Basin businesses struggling to keep their doors open. The pandemic changed the restaurant industry, and one local eatery told iFIBER ONE News on Thursday that they’ve had to think about revising their menu, as certain food items have been in short supply. In fact, the price of halibut skyrocketed from $14 per pound 12 months ago, to $48 per pound today, according to a report published by KXLY.
