QUINCY – Quincy-based Akins Fresh Market has expanded to a fourth location in Washington state. On Thursday, the building that once housed Harvest Foods reopened as Akins Fresh Market. Owners of Akins Fresh Market say they’ve rehired all Harvest Foods staff. They also have stores in Quincy, Soap Lake, Omak, and now, Ritzville.
