The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has decided to comply with a U.S. Court of Appeals order to ignore a federal COVID vaccination requirement aimed a keeping workers safe. Officials wrote in a statement that they will not enforce the safety measure, which would require companies that employ 100 or more people to have all workers vaccinated by Jan. 4, pending future developments in ongoing litigation.
