The 24th annual Veterans Day Parade in Ephrata begins Thursday at 11:00 am. The parade, which is put together by the American Legion Post 28 and Auxiliary Unit 28, will begin at the Grant County Courthouse and head down C Street, Second Avenue Southwest and Basin Street. iFIBER ONE reports the Washington State Fallen Heroes Project will have banners on display representing 350 post-September 11th fallen heroes who have died as a result of their service.
