Washington will face a bomb cyclone from the Pacific Northwest. The latest system, dubbed one of the biggest storms of the year, is predicted to bring high winds, comparable to a powerful tropical storm, with Washington expected to see between 2-4 inches of rain, and several feet of snow is predicted. The intensity level of the bomb cyclone can compare to Hurricane Larry, local forecasters said.
