MOSES LAKE – Alcohol played a role, police said, when a teen reportedly drove into a Moses Lake home over the weekend. Moses Lake police responded to North Grape Drive late Saturday night and say the 19-year-old driver crossed the centerline into oncoming traffic before she slammed into a structural pole holding up a second story patio, and crashed into the house, according to reports. Police say a breathalyzer showed her blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit. She was arrested for DUI.
