Moses Lake businesses are being warned about a scam e-mail demanding repayment of federal government coronavirus relief money. According to the Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce the scammers claim to be attorneys with the Small Business Administration and Treasury Department and the the assistance money granted from the CARES Act was not intended for that business and that the money awarded be returned. Do not respond to this e-mail.
