Moses Lake Parks and Recreation Director Spencer Grigg announces his retirement on Feb. 1. Grigg is a 30-year city employee with the last 15 years in his current role. He received recognition at Tuesday night’s City Council meeting for projects accomplished including the Museum and Art Center; the Surf ’n Slide Water Park and the Cascade Campground. Recreational Superintendent Susan Schwiesow,will serve as interim parks and recreation director.
