All Grant County Superior Court jury trials are suspended through Jan. 11 due to the increase in COVID-19 cases. Presiding Judge David Estudillo said although the court implemented procedures to limit the risk of exposure to COVID-19 during jury trials, there remains significant concern about the potential risks associated with gathering persons for jury selection and trial. Suspending jury trials is the right decision at this time.Superior Court continues to operate all criminal and civil dockets along with non-jury trials.
