Othello Police were called Halloween night to an altercation that occurred at the Kiwanis Park near the large south gazebo involving several juveniles. During the investigation, it was learned that a juvenile was assaulted and sustained substantial bodily injury. Invesitgators have talked with several witnesses but additional information is required to continue the investigation.
