Moses Lake’s Fairchild Cinema will open its doors on Nov. 7. Owner Jeff Fairchild says they will be open only Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with a capacity limit at 25% meaning every other row will be blocked off. When Grant County moves to phase 3 of Gov. Jay Inslee’s reopening plans theaters can increase capacity to 50%. Fairchild opened his Kennewick cinema last month.
