The Grant County Health District reports a 28th person died from coronavirus-related complications. The Tuesday report also indicated 21 new COVID-19 cases with the total now over 3,800. Cases are residents of Ephrata, Mattawa, Moss Lake, Quincy, Royal City and Soap Lake. 15 people are currently hospitalized. Officials say there is a sharp case increase compared to last week. 21 additional cases are reported in Adams County and the total is just over 1,060.
