Movie theaters in Grant County can reopen now that Governor Jay Inslee reduced restrictions on the businesses by allowing counties in Phase 2 to reopen at 25% capacity. Fairchild Cinema owner Jeff Fairchild says they will reopen the Moses Lake location at the end of October but an exact date has yet to be determined. The Lee Theater in Ephrata will open today but only one of the three screening rooms will be open.
