The autopsy is completed on the Moses Lake man killed by his dog inside their home last week. Grant County Coroner Craig Morrison ruled Zachary Willis died of multiple dog bites with the death being ruled accidental. A woman at the home was also injured by the dog and was hospitalized at Samaritan Hospital. Details of what led up to the dog attack or what provoked the dog have yet to be released
