Animal cruelty charges are brought against a Moses Lake man who posted a social media video showing him abusing his dog. Police say a neighbor of Dakota O’Keefe called them to report he was attacking his dog after it killed another dog on the property. O’Keefe was apprehended Sunday then released a few hours later. Investigators are still looking into the incident and say they may be removing additional dogs from the property.
