The man who tried to break into a Moses Lake Police impound lot to steal back a car takes a plea deal. Prosecutors say Gary Hutt pleaded guilty to multiple charges in the Nov. 2019 breakin as well as an August 2019 police pursuit related to evading arrest. Hutt was seen trying to get into the car and when officers approached Hutt hopped on board an impounded motorcycle but only got a block away before being apprehended.
