New home construction continues in Quincy with grounbreaking on a new development in the north end near the Yahoo-Verizon data center. Paradise Park is being built by Aho Construction and phase 1 has 70 lots along 5th, 6th and 7th Ave NE, Jackrabbit St. NE, and I, J and K St. NE. The entire development will have more than 230 lots on close to 65 acres. Aho recently complete the final phase in the Paradise Flats project.
