The Grant County Health District issues an advisory on Trick-or-Treating this year in the wake of COVID-19. While the district won’t discourage trick-or-treating they are recommending that groups of trick-or-treaters be limited to immediate family only and to hand out treats individually rather than have them taken out of a common bowl. Facial masks should be worn under costumes and large gatherings should be avoided.
