Lowes stores in Moses Lake and Wenatchee will offer two weekends of curbside trick-or treating, Both events are from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 22 and Oct. 29. Starting Saturday parents can go to Lowes.com/DIY to reserve a spot for the trick-or-treating events. Costumes are encouraged, but not required to attend. The Grant County Health District is asking that masks be worn under costumes.
