The state patrol bomb squad was called out to an area near the Gorge Amphiteter after a work crew found what were described as old blasting caps. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office they were found near the Cave B Winery and the bomb squad determined they were probably left behind from an old construction project. The caps were removed without any issues and the squad gave the property the all clear.
