Grant County Fire District 13 reports they’ve been advised the Cold Springs Canyon and Pearl Hill Fires in Douglas County are pushing south and are expected to enter Grant County. Ephrata firefighters are aiding District 13 crews to aggressively hold the fire north of Highway 2 near Moses Coulee Road. The fire is at 150,000 acres with several homes and outbuildings destroyed. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office will provide evacuation updates.
