A Moses Lake woman with prior convictions for stealing cars takes a plea deal in her latest auto theft case. Prosecutors say Cassandra Ochoa pleaded guilty in the June theft where she took the car and led officers on a chase. She will be in jail for juist over 4 years. Ochoa has previous felony convictions in the last three years, including two previous charges each of attempting to elude police and theft of a motor vehicle.
