The Grant County Health District reported 43 more COVID-19 cases bringing the running total as of Wednesday to nearly 2,430. The new cases include residents in Ephrata, the Mattawa area, Moses Lake, rural Othello, Quincy area, Royal City, and Warden. 19 are hospitalized and a total of 15 people have died from COVID-19 related complications. Officials say they are reviewing a death certificate to determine if the coronavirus was a factor.
