Dozens turned out to see the procession on Saturday for fallen Moses Lake firefighter Andrew Deering. The procession began at the Fairchild Cinemas parking lot and traveled south on Pioneer Way then turned east onto Nelson Road. Moses Lake officials say they had to make Deering’s memorial service private due to the recent government proclamation regarding group gatherings. Deering died Labor Day weekend while on vacation with his family.
