The suspect taking a plea deal to drug and firearms trafficking in Grant County will be in federal prison for the next 11 years. Prosecutors say Jesus Valencia-Morfin will also serve 5 years of supervised release for his guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine. Valencia-Morfin was targeted as a transporter of multiple kilogram-quantities of methamphetamine throughout eastern Washington.
