Authorities in Franklin County are looking for the driver who rammed their vehicle into the Basin City Women, Infants and Children office off Road 170 sometime in the overnight between Sunday and Monday. WIC provides funding for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. The Basin City office will be closed until further notice.
