Former Ephrata City Administrator Wes Crago announced he has left the same position in Spokane that he took less than a year ago. Crago tells the Spokesman-Review he found his heart lies with smaller organizations and more involved on the operational side of things. Crago was with Ephrata for more than 15 years. He was succeeded by former police chief Mike Warren. Crago didn’t say what his next career move will be.
