Othello Police are looking for tips to locate two persons of interest in a vehicle theft early Thursday in the 1200 block of S. 1st Ave. Surveillance video shows one person is a white man wearing a blue sweatshirt and dark pants while the other is a white woman with long dark hair wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark pants. Call Othello Police if you know where to find these two people.
