Bail is set at $1.5 million for a Quincy man who is charged in a murder where the victim’s remains were found in a bag at the man’s home. Prosecutors say Martin Diaz is facing a first-degree murder and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm charge. Quincy police were called Tuesday to a Rocky Avenue Northeast residence on a foul odor report and a family member said Diaz had been staying in the room where the body was found.
