Gov. Jay Inslee announced the state’s plans to again allow visitors at nursing homes and other long term care facilities. The first phase allows for window, remote and outdoor visits.For a facility to move to forward it needs to go 28 days without a resident or staff member testing positive for COVID-19. The facility also must have a 14-day supply of PPE on hand and have consistent testing of staff and residents.
