The Adams County Sheriff Department apprehends a subject wanted for involvement in an assault.It happened on Monday when the man identified as Thomas Hoover left the the scene of the assault before deputies arrived running across open areas near Sutton Rd. off McManamon Rd. Investigators say Hoover started several fires as he ran which were put out by Adams County Fire 5 crews. Hoover was found thanks to tips from land owners spotting him hiding.
