Investigators say drugs and alcohol were factors in an Ellensburg rollover crash that happened Sunday evening. Police say a 19-year-old woman from King County was heading eastbound on I-82 when she drifted onto the shoulder then overcorrected causing her car to flip several times coming to rest on its roof about 100 feet from the road. Both the driver and passenger were taken to a Yakima hospital.
